- Find a lender you jive with and get pre-approved. This is the most critical first step before you start running deal analyses or looking for properties. Check out our preferred lenders page and determine what your budget is.
- Connect with a realtor who understands your investment goals. Hint: an investor-friendly agent (AKA someone whose investing in real estate themselves) is a smart place to start! Our team would love to work with you!
Get Clear on Your Strategy:
Know what your goals are and what investing strategy will best help you achieve those goals. Check out the strategy section of our website to dive into the pros, drawbacks & case studies of different real estate investing tactics.

Nothing Happens from the Sidelines:
Don't let your momentum die. If after talking to a lender you determine the steps you need to take to get preapproved - start the work today to improve your credit score, consolidate your debt or increase your income. Or, if you have the means and momentum to buy, get in gear and buy. And I can't stress enough, don't look for the perfect deal, just get yourself a deal.
