Want to know cost of a Denver house in 2030?

Hey Reader!

I did a presentation at our Denver Meetup earlier this month about the past, present and future of house hacking and real estate investing in general. If you missed it, check out the latest Invest2Friday that recaps it.

The punch line of the talk was house hacking has always worked, even as the market changes, and other investing strategies fall out. And my prediction is that it will always work. Why will it always work? Because people need affordable housing. Including you! And buying a house, especially in markets like Denver, will continue to become more and more difficult.

Check out these projections from renofi about where house prices will be in 2030:

  • House prices in the US have risen by 48.55% in the last 10 years.
  • The avg. house in Colorado is projected to be $763,309 by 2030 (4th most expensive state in the nation).
  • Denver's avg. home value is projected to be $928,267 by 2030 (ranked #11 most expensive).

Looking at these numbers and the inevitable growth the Denver market will see, buying a house hack now, might be the best opportunity you'll have (unless you bought 4 years ago, that was probably the best!), but that's what we always say, your future self will thank you.

With the holiday's coming up you're probably getting served a lot of blogs and news articles with conversations topics you should and shouldn't have at your holiday gatherings....like avoid politics, religion and personal...

Hey Reader! The agents who join the FI Team have a similar goal – they want to reach financial independence and help others achieve financial independence through real estate investing. At our recent House Hacker’s Meetup, our lead agent, Chad Rocke, spoke about the synergy of growing his real estate portfolio (building long-term, generational wealth), while working as a real estate agent (earning income) and how his day-to-day operations of being an investor-friendly real estate agent...
